Bookings and payments: Consultation requests are managed through Wix. After Charles confirms your appointment, you receive a separate payment link for the $500 consultation fee. Payment providers, including PayPal when used, process your payment information under their own privacy policies. Please do not send credit card details through our contact or booking forms.
Website data and cookies: Wix and connected website services may collect technical information such as IP address, browser and device details, pages visited, and cookies needed for website functionality, security, and measurement.
